WHAT TIME DOES THE DUELING PIANO PERFORMANCE START?

Wednesday and Thursday our Dueling Piano performance starts between 8:00 and 8:30pm.
Friday and Saturday our Dueling Piano performance starts between 9:00 and 9:30pm.

The reason for this 30 minute window is that, like any live performance, we need to ensure that on a nightly basis our entire production is set, sound checked, and ready to go for a five hour continuous show!

DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS?

Yes. We take reservations for groups of four or larger on show nights. Typically we reach our maximum seating two to three weeks before the show so we encourage you to reserve as far in advance as possible. We require a credit card at the time of reservation in order to secure your reservation. This is due to the live performance aspect of our business and our limited space.

DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS FOR PARTIES OF LESS THAN FOUR?

No. We have extremely limited space for seating and all of that space seats parties of four or larger. If we sat this area any other way we would be half empty and the energy of the show would suffer greatly. Parties of less than four wanting to enjoy our dueling piano show are encouraged to come down between 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm for our first come, first serve seating in our lounge/stage area. You will get an excellent seat for dinner and the best seat in the house for our dueling piano show.

WHY DON’T WE TAKE RESERVATIONS OF LESS THAN FOUR ON WEEKENDS?

We do this in order to keep our seats fully occupied and in accordance with a great demand. There is a great demand for our seating and if we sat the restaurant with parties too small to fill the space, we would have a half empty room rather than a full room and this causes the live performance to suffer greatly. All of our reservation policies are the result of many years experience and the result of learning how to best operate our facility in order to serve our guest to the best of our ability.

WHAT SIZE OF GROUP CAN I RESERVE FOR?

We can accommodate groups ranging in size from four people to three hundred people. For smaller groups please see the above information.
[ top ]

CAN I CANCEL A RESERVATION?

Yes. You can cancel a reservation of less than twelve up to 72 hours in advance. If a reservation is unattended or not cancelled prior to this time frame the entertainment fee will be billed to your credit card. If your group is larger than twelve people you must cancel one week in advance.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ENTERTAINMENT FEE IF I MAKE A DINNER RESERVATION?

Yes. Unlike other establishments that charge a “cover” charge for no apparent reason, we charge an “entertainment” fee which is how we compensate our musicians. All of our entertainers are highly accomplished professional musicians and this is how our entertainers earn their living. We charge only enough to pay their fees. Everyone pays this charge including those patrons who are dining with us and those simply coming to enjoy the show. We know you will feel that this is a great value once you see what spectacular show our entertainers put on!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

The Red Piano strictly enforces a business casual dress code on nights when we have our dueling piano show or provide any other form of live entertainment. We cater to a sophisticated crowd and we provide a sophisticated product therefore our patrons demand that we keep our crowd fitting within these guidelines. For gentleman this means, at minimum, a collared shirt and dress shoes. Jeans are allowed as long as they are not torn or frayed. No sneakers or running shoes of any kind will permitted. All hats or headwear are strictly prohibited. Notwithstanding collared shirts and dress shoes, the same dress code restrictions regarding no sneakers or running shoes of any kind as well as the same prohibition of any hats or other headwear shall apply.

ARE JEANS ALLOWED?

Yes. Jeans are allowed in most cases. Designer jeans and dress jeans are more than welcome when accompanied by a collared shirt. Jeans must have no rips or holes in them. Dress shoes or casual shoes are allowed as well. However we do not allow sneakers, work boots, flip flops, golf shoes, etc. We also do not allow any sort of hats, or any sort of fight branded T-Shirts. Examples of these brands are Affliction, Ed Hardy, and Tapout. T-shirts will not be allowed under any circumstances on live show nights.
